Access to certain services is subject to tiered identity verification (KYC), from levels L0 to L3, in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing requirements.

Important : regulated financial services (account issuance, execution of transfers, payment and card services, etc.) are provided through regulated partners. Belook acts as the provider of the technology solution and user experience; it does not hold itself out as a licensed bank or e-money institution in its own right.
